Ingredients
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1 jar pimento peppers, drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can english peas, drained
- 1 can french style beans, drained
How To Make marinated vegetables

Step 1Combine the sugar, vinegar, canola oil, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil and let cool.

Step 2Mix english peas, beans, and corn. Add remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour oil mixture over all vegetables. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled or room temperature.
