Ingredients
- - 3/4 cup vinegar
- - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - 1 cup sugar
- - 1 tbsp. water
- - 1 tsp. pepper
- - 1 17oz. can shoe-peg corn
- - 1 16 oz. can french-cut green beans
- - 1 2oz. jar chopped pimento
- - 1 cup chopped celery
- - 1 finely chopped green pepper
- - 1 chopped bunch green onions
How To Make marinated vegetables

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar; cool.

Step 2Combine vegetables; then stir in vinegar mixture.

Step 3Refrigerate, stirring occasionally.

Step 4This is best a day after preparation, but good for a couple of weeks. This is a salad as well as a side dish vegetable.
