1bell pepper

1red onion

SAUCE
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 coil
-
1/2 cvinegar
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 can(s)tomato soup
How to Make Marinated Carrots
- Scrape and slice carrots. Cook until tender in salted water. Drain.
- Chop bell pepper and onion; Add to carrots (raw).
- Add tomato soup and all other sauce ingredients to another saucepan; bring to boil.
- Pour over vegetables and let marinate.
Can be served either hot or cold.
