Ingredients
- 2 cups beans ( i use one can drained and rinsed)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or oregano
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make marinated beans

Step 1Drain and rinse one can of beans (pinto or white) Put in a bowl.

Step 2Then add all other ingredients and mix good and let marinate 2 hrs.
