Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus trimmed
- MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- sesame seeds or green onions for garnish
How To Make marinated asparagus

Step 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2Then drain and add to a bowl of ice to stop the cooking.

Step 3Mix the marinade ingredients. Add the asparagus and let it marinate for at least 8 hours.

Step 4Serve at room temp. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.
