How to Make Margie's Broccoli Salad
- 1Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and place in serving bowl. Peel and cut up the stalks too!
- 2Cook the bacon until crispy and then crumble.
- 3Add the sliced onion, raisins and crumbled bacon to the broccoli.
- 4Make the dressing and pour over broccoli mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours turning once.
- 5Note: I've also had this salad with shredded mozzarella and or peas added but to be honest, I think it's best just like this!!!!
