Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices prosciutto
How To Make maple prosciutto acorn squash

Step 1Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds. Place them cut side down on a microwave-safe plate. Cook for 7 minutes.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the maple syrup and brown sugar together. Add the butter and place in the microwave until the butter melts. Place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the maple syrup mixture evenly into the squash.

Step 3Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop up the prosciutto and cook it in a skillet until crispy.

Step 4Remove the squash from the oven and sprinkle the prosciutto in each squash. Enjoy.
