- 1 pound carrots well scrubbed or peeled
- 2 tablespoons each oil, and maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon each dijon mustard and miso paste
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- - ground parsley
How To Make maple miso glazed roasted carrots

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except for carrots and parsley.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place the glaze in a baking pan and add the carrots rolling them around to coat with glaze.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes turning a couple of times. Sprinkle with parsley
