- 2 - medium acorn squashes
- 8 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make maple acorn squash

Step 1Cut each squash in half; remove seeds and fibers.

Step 2Arrange, cut side up in a large shallow baking pan.

Step 3Spoon 2 tablespoos brown sugar into hollow of each squash.

Step 4Add 1 tablespoon butter to each.

Step 5Top with a 1/4 cup of maple syrup.

Step 6Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until fork tender.
