- medium acorn squashes
- 8 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 1 c
- maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp
How to Make Maple Acorn Squash
- 1Cut each squash in half; remove seeds and fibers.
- 2Arrange, cut side up in a large shallow baking pan.
- 3Spoon 2 tablespoos brown sugar into hollow of each squash.
- 4Add 1 tablespoon butter to each.
- 5Top with a 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
- 6Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until fork tender.
