1/2 csour cream
1 cshredded cheddar jack cheese
1 tspchili pepper

How to Make Mandy's Cheesy Salsa Peppers
- Take peppers and core them, cleaning them out. Then wash them and cut them into fourths length wise, making them like scoops.
- In a bowl, mix salsa and sour cream. Add spices. Mix in cheese. If mixture is too runny, you can add additional shredded cheese to thicken.
- Fill each pepper scoop with filling. Refrigerate util ready to serve. When placing on plate or tray, alternate pepper colors for a colorful addition to any veggie tray.
