How to Make Mamma's Fried Squash
- Slice squash, then place in large ziplock bag. Pour flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder in bag, and shake it up to coat the squash.
- In frying pan, heat oil. Then put squash in pan and fry. Don't forget to shake off excess flour.
- Fry til browned, then in the last few minutes sprinkle sugar on squash, then cook a little while longer and drain on paper towel!
