Mama Millie's Italian Style Greenbeans

- greenbeans (15oz)
- 1/4 c
- diced bell pepper
- 1/2 c
- diced onion
- 2 clove
- minced garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 2-3 pinch
- italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- garnish with feta cheese crumbles if desired.
How to Make Mama Millie's Italian Style Greenbeans
- 1Dice onion and bell pepper set aside. Mince garlic and set aside.
- 2Add olive oil to medium pot over med.high heat.
Add diced onion and bell peppers and sautee till onion is soft. Add garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper then cook for a minute.
- 3Add greenbeans, including the liquid, and italian herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Garnish with feta cheese if desired. (I was out)
