Ingredients

malanga coco
water
1 tsp
salt
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1cut ends off and peel malanga with a knife. cut into 1/2" to 1" disks. Place in pan of salted water and boil until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
