  • - malanga coco
  • - water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - olive oil

How To Make malanga coco

  • Step 1
    cut ends off and peel malanga with a knife. cut into 1/2" to 1" disks. Place in pan of salted water and boil until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
