Ingredients

  • 18 oz
    frozen, whole green beans (or fresh)
  • 3 slice
    bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c
    onions, sliced
  • 6
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2
    red pepper, diced (opt)
  • 1/4 c
    pecan pieces
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes, (opt)
  • ·
    pinch salt & pepper

How to Make Lynn's baked green bean medley

Step-by-Step

  1. NOTE: If using fresh beans, blanche first. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, toss till coated with olive oil.
  2. Place in 13x9 baking dish, cover, bake 375 for 30 minutes. Or, place in skillet cook on low for about 20 min. stirring occasionally.
