- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 - eggs
- 6 ounces package of mexican or jaleopena corn bread mix
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup splenda or sugar
How To Make louisiana style corn pudding (the easy way )

Step 1stir together corn, eggs, mix , and sweetner.

Step 2Pour into 2 quart casserole

Step 3chip up butter and sprinkle over top. (YOU MUST USE THE WHOLE STICK)

Step 4Place in 350 degree oven and bake 30 min or until set.
