Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 - eggs
  • 6 ounces package of mexican or jaleopena corn bread mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup splenda or sugar

How To Make louisiana style corn pudding (the easy way )

  • Step 1
    stir together corn, eggs, mix , and sweetner.
  • Step 2
    Pour into 2 quart casserole
  • Step 3
    chip up butter and sprinkle over top. (YOU MUST USE THE WHOLE STICK)
  • Step 4
    Place in 350 degree oven and bake 30 min or until set.
