Great, light, fluffy carrots as served at a famous Louisiana restaurant!

Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    carrots, boiled and well drained
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 6
    eggs
  • ·
    powdered sugar

How to Make Louisiana Carrot Souffle

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
