    head cabbage, cleaned and shredded
  • 1 stick
  • 1 c
  • ·
    salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How to Make Lisa's Fried Cabbage


  1. Wash and shred the cabbage. Put the butter in a large skillet until melted. Put the cabbage in melted butter skillet and put water in it and salt and black pepper. Put the cooked bacon crumbs in cabbage. Cover and bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
