How to Make Lisa's Collard Greens
- 1Wash collard greens and cut the stems out and shred collard greens. Put water in the large pot and add hamcocks and let it cook for 20 minutes and add collard greens. Add olive oil, sugar, red pepper flakes and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook for 3 hours until the collard greens are tender and done.
