Perfect for a picnic, potluck, or any night on your dinner table! If you like baked beans, you will love these. These are a 4th of July and summer staple in our house. I'm from the South, and these are so good with burgers and BBQ.

Ingredients
- 3 cans pork and beans, drained (15 oz each)
- 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 pound bacon, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring (or to taste)
- 1 whole peeled onion
How To Make libby's amazing baked beans

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix beans, diced onions, ketchup, diced bacon, and brown sugar.

Step 2Mix in liquid smoke and mustard.

Step 3Transfer the bean mixture to a 2 1/2 quart dish. Place the whole peeled onion in the center of the bean mixture.

Step 4Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325-degree pre-heated oven.
