- 2 - very ripe avocados
- 3 - roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 - jalapeno peppers
- 2 tablespoons sweet onion, diced
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 - 10 oz. package froze corn, thawed
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 6-8 - roamine lettuce leaves
