I LOVE Stuffed mushrooms. They are great and can be filled with so many different things. These are one of a few variations of these beefy like vegetables that I will post. Put out for guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge as a snack for the next day.

Ingredients

8 oz
light cream cheese, softened
1 medium
chopped red pepper,
4
diced green onion
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
italian seasoning
8 medium
white mushrooms
1/4 c
chopped mixed nuts

How to Make Lets Go Nuts! Cheese and Pepper Stuffed Mushrooms

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2Mix cheese, red pepper, onions and seasoning.
  • 3Spoon or pipe with bag into mushroom caps. Top with mixed nuts.
  • 4Bake for 20 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm.
