My! MY! MY! These are so good. Quick and so very easy. A great munchie during foot ball season. You have a gathering ?? Not to worry..you can bake 2 trays at the same time.. A different recipe with a kick of garlic to the lemon lime flavor. I like them with sour cream, to compliment the "kick", along with a long,long---- cool beverage. Nancy....10/3/12

Ingredients

  • - russet potatoes.......2 per person
  • - olive oil
  • - lemon lime seasoning
  • - garlic seasoning or salt
  • - pepper........salt later if needed
  • - sour cream

How To Make lemon lime joe joe's (baked potato wedges)

  • Step 1
    Pre-Heat oven to 400F. wash and scrub potatoes...leave the skin on. Cut in half length wise, then in quarters. Try to cut them the same width. Put in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle a little olive oil on them. Mix a little with you're fingers..to coat evenly... Careful... not ro much oil. Put on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the lemon lime seasonings,garlic and pepper. Salt can be added when served. Bake for about 30 minutes, Turn at half way done. ( Not half way time!)...lol Till soft in the middle.
  • Step 3
    Place on a paper towel on a plate when done... serve while hot..with a dip of you're choice... or the sour cream Figure on 2 potatos a piece... thats 16 wedges a person...gotta keep enm happy!!! Chow down while hot...with a cool beverage...of you're choice.
