LEMON LIME JOE JOE'S (baked potato wedges)

Quick and so very easy.
A great munchie during foot ball season.
You have a gathering ??
Not to worry..you can bake 2 trays at the same time..
A different recipe with a kick of garlic to the lemon lime flavor.
I like them with sour cream, to compliment the "kick", along with a long,long---- cool beverage.
- russet potatoes.......2 per person
- olive oil
- lemon lime seasoning
- garlic seasoning or salt
- pepper........salt later if needed
- sour cream
How to Make LEMON LIME JOE JOE'S (baked potato wedges)
- 2Sprinkle a little olive oil on them.
Mix a little with you're fingers..to coat evenly...
Careful... not ro much oil.
Put on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with the lemon lime seasonings,garlic and pepper.
Salt can be added when served.
Bake for about 30 minutes,
Turn at half way done.
( Not half way time!)...lol
Till soft in the middle.
