    olive oil
  • 1 lb
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    kosher salt

How to Make Lemon-Garlic Asparagus


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil to the pan. Swirl to coat.
  2. Add asparagus; saute 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
