Grandma liked to use up the leftovers! Always believed waste not, want not! This recipe is one that all ages will like. You start with a baked potato, then in a few minutes end up with a dish die for! Potatoes are well done, crispy, and very flavorful. If for breakfast, bacon & eggs go well to serve family. Pssst, any leftover can be use to make a tater soup!. Problem is, never any leftovers! LOL.. Nancy 9/22/13
