I didn't think that I would like this until I tried it! Now it is a favorite and so quick and simple to make! Another from my friend Aunt Ruthie!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans kraut drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup green and red peppers chopped

How To Make kraut slaw

  • Step 1
    chopped veggies and mix with the Kraut and sugar. allow to sit for 3 hours or so before serving...better if it is left overnight. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Great on Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, or sandwiches. As a relish side, I like to serve it with Brown Beans and Cornbread.
