Kraut Slaw

I didn't think that I would like this until I tried it! Now it is a favorite and so quick and simple to make! Another from my friend Aunt Ruthie!

kraut drained
1 c
1 c
onion chopped
1 c
green and red peppers chopped


1chopped veggies and mix with the Kraut and sugar. allow to sit for 3 hours or so before serving...better if it is left overnight. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Great on Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, or sandwiches. As a relish side, I like to serve it with Brown Beans and Cornbread.
