Ingredients
- 2 cans kraut drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup green and red peppers chopped
How To Make kraut slaw

Step 1chopped veggies and mix with the Kraut and sugar. allow to sit for 3 hours or so before serving...better if it is left overnight. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Great on Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, or sandwiches. As a relish side, I like to serve it with Brown Beans and Cornbread.
