Ingredients
- 2 cups green bell pepper
- 2 cups red bell pepper
- 1 cup onions, vidalia, peeled
- 1 cup celery stalk
- 8 dashes celery seed
- 8oz cans sauerkraut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 dashes balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 - jalapeno peppers opt.
How To Make kraut salad

Step 1cut all veg.in small pieces.(remove seeds and vains from jal.peppers if u desire not such a kick)pull all veg.in a bowl.

Step 2drain kraut.After drained put in bowl with the veg.bowl.

Step 3In sauce pan over med heat:add sugar and vingar and celery seeds.cook until sugar disolves.simmer for one min.

Step 4pour over the veg and kraut mixture.mix well,cover and fridge for 24 hrs,then drain xcess liquid.(save liq.its great for maranade and/or salad dressing)

Step 5GREAT OVER BLACKBEANS,HOTDOGS,REDBNS AND RICE,OR BY ITSLF.......ENJOY!!!!!
