How to Make Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Butter by Kitty
- Melt butter and EVOO in skillet over med. high heat til butter is foamy.
- Reduce heat to med. Add garlic; cook til lightly browned.
- Add sprouts, cut in half lengthwise cut side down. Cover, cook (no stirring) on med- low heat for 10-15 min. or til tender.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
