- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter (I used Country Crock original)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon finely diced onion

Step 1In a small skillet, melt 1 Tbsp Country Crock over medium heat.
