Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons Gochujang
- 1 teaspoon Korean pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 package ramen noodles without the packet of seasoning.
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Furikake and egg yolks for serving
How To Make kimchi ramen stew

Step 1Heat a deep pot with olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Let them sweat for about 10 minutes. Add in the Gochujang, Korean flakes, soy sauce, Kimchi, and sugar. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the ramen noodles and simmer 5 more minutes. Add the sesame oil and vinegar.

Step 3Ladle into bowls and plop a raw egg yolk into the hot steaming soup and sprinkle with Furikake.
