Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup uncooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons kimchi juice liquid in which the kimchi is packed
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 2 - green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - canola oil for frying
  • - cilantro for garnish
  • - sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce for serving

How To Make kimchi pancake

  • Step 1
    Place first 8 ingredients in food processor and process until well incorporated.
  • Step 2
    Add oil to hot pan and make pancakes with the ingredients from the food processor. It will be a little wet. Fry in batches until done and browned on both sides.
  • Step 3
    Served garnished with cilantro and drizzle with sweet chili sauce
