Ingredients For kimchi pancake

  • 1/2 c
    uncooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c
    ground pork
  • 3 Tbsp
    kimchi juice liquid in which the kimchi is packed
  • 1 c
    kimchi chopped
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • canola oil for frying
  • cilantro for garnish
  • sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce for serving

How To Make kimchi pancake

  • 1
    Place first 8 ingredients in food processor and process until well incorporated.
  • 2
    Add oil to hot pan and make pancakes with the ingredients from the food processor. It will be a little wet. Fry in batches until done and browned on both sides.

    Served garnished with cilantro and drizzle with sweet chili sauce
