Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup ground pork
- 3 tablespoons kimchi juice liquid in which the kimchi is packed
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 2 - green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - canola oil for frying
- - cilantro for garnish
- - sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce for serving
How To Make kimchi pancake

Step 1Place first 8 ingredients in food processor and process until well incorporated.

Step 2Add oil to hot pan and make pancakes with the ingredients from the food processor. It will be a little wet. Fry in batches until done and browned on both sides.

Step 3Served garnished with cilantro and drizzle with sweet chili sauce
