My husband and I both love the KFC slaw,so when I found this one that Todd(?) did, I had to try it. It is so good. The longer you leave it in the fridge the better it is.

Ingredients
- 8 cups cabbage
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
How To Make kfc slaw

Step 1Using a food processer, chop or grate about 8 cups of cabbage, and about a 1/4 cup of carrot both finely chopped. Mix together.(make sure the cabbage and carrot are in very fine pieces.

Step 2In a separate medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and make sure the sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture and combine well. Cover and refrigerate over night if possible.

Step 3While this is in the frige, I like to turn it over from time to time , so make sure to have it in a Lock & Lock so it won't leak.
