- 1 (16oz) can shredded sauerkraut
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 8oz slices mushrooms, or canned (stems and pieces)
- 2 tablespoons margarine or bacon drippings, have always used the bacon drippings
- - pepper- to taste
