How to Make Kale
- I pick fresh Kale from my garden. I wash it and the remove the bottom stem. I place it in a bowl and put about 1 T of olive oil over the leafs. After it it coated, I place it on a cookie sheet and sprinkler garlic salt and parmesan cheese over all of the kale. I put it in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes. If you use butter it will usually burn. Watch it. It might be done sooner or take a minute more. It comes out like potato chips. Enjoy.Ann Wisner
