Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh kale, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons spice brown mustard with horseradish
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
How To Make kale & cranberry slaw

Step 1Place chopped kale in large mixing bowl and sprinkle salt all over kale. Massage salt into kale and let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2Dressing: Mix grated lemon peel, mustard, lemon juice and fresh ground pepper in small bowl, and pour over kale. (You can substitute Lime juice and grated Lime peel if you prefer)

Step 3Toss kale and cranberries until coated with dressing. Serve
