I've made this for years, it was my sister-in-law's recipe, she was a wonderful cook!!! When I take it to family gatherings, or pot luck dinners, I have to give the recipe numerous times.

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz
    mayonaise
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1-2 c
    crumbled cheese it crackers
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How to Make Just another version of Broccoli Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook broccoli according to pkg directions
  2. Pre-Heat over to 350
    Spray casserole dish with spray butter, or coat inside with butter
  3. In large bowl, wisk the 2 eggs add all ingredients except cheese it crumbs
  4. Add cooked broccoli to casserole dish
  5. Pour combined ingredients over broccoli
  6. With a spoon stir cheese mixture into broccoli, I just slightly stir it enough so that the cheese mixture is well blended.
  7. Top with cheese it crumbs
  8. Bake for 35-45 min or until crackers are golden brown
