Delicious fresh corn on the cob delivered in five minutes of cooking time! You can use the same method for frozen ears that have been thawed.

Ingredients

  • 5-8 ears of corn on the cob
  • 2 cups water
  • butter and salt to taste

How To Make juicy five-minute corn on the cob!

  • Remove the husks and stalk ends from the corn on the cob.
    Step 1
    Husk the corn on the cob.
  • Step 2
    Place the Insta pot rack in the bottom. I like to put the rack in upside down to make more room for the corn. It still functions the same for this dish.
  • Step 3
    Add 2 cups of water to the Insta Pot.
  • Step 4
    Stand the corn rounded side down (pointed side up) on top of the rack. If the corn is too tall, simply lean it down slightly until it fits.
  • Step 5
    Seal the Insta Pot and cook on manual high for 5 minutes. When the time is up, quick release the Instapot.
  • Step 6
    Remove the corn and drizzle with melt butter and salt.
