Ingredients
- 5-8 ears of corn on the cob
- 2 cups water
- butter and salt to taste
How To Make juicy five-minute corn on the cob!

Step 1Husk the corn on the cob.

Step 2Place the Insta pot rack in the bottom. I like to put the rack in upside down to make more room for the corn. It still functions the same for this dish.

Step 3Add 2 cups of water to the Insta Pot.

Step 4Stand the corn rounded side down (pointed side up) on top of the rack. If the corn is too tall, simply lean it down slightly until it fits.

Step 5Seal the Insta Pot and cook on manual high for 5 minutes. When the time is up, quick release the Instapot.

Step 6Remove the corn and drizzle with melt butter and salt.
