jo ann’s squash casserole
My friend Jo Ann shared this recipe with me after having it at her house one time. It is really delicous and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced squash, boiled & drained
- 1 can celery/mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 - 8oz pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing
- 1/4 cup melted butter
How To Make jo ann’s squash casserole

Step 1Mix soup, sour cream with onions, and carrots. Layer squash in greased pan then layer of sauce and layer of stuffing. Repeat. Pour butter over all and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
