Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 1/2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can 10.75 oz condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup milk, whole
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make jewel's cheddar cabbage casserole

Step 1Toss cornflakes in butter, sprinkle half into a 13x9x2 in baking dish. Layer the cabbage, onion, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Step 2In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle cheese and remaining cornflakes mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350 degrees F 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
