This is a great way to get your veggies in your diet! This recipe was originally from a restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg. The restaurant eventually changed its menu, so this is no longer offered there. But it’s just too good and easy to lose it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli. or
- 1 bag frozen riced broccoli & cauliflower
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4-1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2-3 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
How To Make jefferson broccoli

Step 1Steam broccoli and chop into bite-sized pieces. Or, microwave the frozen veggies.

Step 2Melt butter.

Step 3Mix butter, dry mustard, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, bread crumbs, and eggs.

Step 4Spoon mixture on top of the broccoli and serve.
