Just wanted to jazz (hence, the name) up plain old corn. The first time I made it, it was a hit. Now my family ask for the corn with bacon in it every time it's on the menu.

Ingredients
- 6 - ears of fresh corn, cut off the cob
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped jalepeno pepper
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make jazzy corn

Step 1In a skillet,fry bacon crisp enough to crumble. Reserve bacon drippings.

Step 2Saute onion and pepper in bacon fat 2-3 minutes. Add corn and butter. Cook for 25 minutes stirring frequently. Add crumbled bacon last 5 minutes of cooking time.
