This is a recipe I learned from my brother's best friend Jayson. Therefore I felt it fit to name it after him. I have made this for many potluck dinners and it is always the first thing that is gone. I will post a picture next time I make it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cans corn
- 2 large pickled jalapeno
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese, low-fat
How To Make jayson corn

Step 1chop pickled jalapenos into tiny bits. You can you use more or less depending on how spicy you like it.

Step 2in a sauce pan, put in cans of corn. Stir in jalapeno and cream cheese.

Step 3Continue to stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is a little bubbly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! ***You may need to add more cream cheese depending on how much jalapeno you use***
