1/2 csoy sauce, low sodium
How to Make Japanese Spaghetti
- Rough chop bacon and render drippings in a large pan.
- Add chopped onion, garlic and chopped cabbage. Cover and sauté until everything is cooked through. If it gets dry, a small amount of chicken broth can be added.
- While Cabbage is cooking, boil pasta that has been broken into thirds.
- Mix cooked pasta with bacon and cooked cabbage mixture and add low sodium soy sauce. Enjoy!
