japanese spaghetti
I have no idea why this is called Japanese spaghetti, unless it is the soy sauce. My girlfriend’s mother used to make this as a side dish with pork chops, and it is so delicious

Ingredients
- 1 medium green cabbage
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
How To Make japanese spaghetti

Step 1Rough chop bacon and render drippings in a large pan.

Step 2Add chopped onion, garlic and chopped cabbage. Cover and sauté until everything is cooked through. If it gets dry, a small amount of chicken broth can be added.

Step 3While Cabbage is cooking, boil pasta that has been broken into thirds.

Step 4Mix cooked pasta with bacon and cooked cabbage mixture and add low sodium soy sauce. Enjoy!
