Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
How To Make japanese cucumber salad

Step 1Peel cucumbers to leave alternating green strips. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out. Thinly cut the cucumbers into slices. A mandolin works great.

Step 2Place the cucumber on a paper towels and press to get most of the moisture out.

Step 3Combine the vinegar, salt, and sugar. Pour over cucumbers and toss with sesame seeds.
