Janet's Spinach & Cheese Souffle
It's not the actual way of making souffle, but I like to call it that. It's my version of it and I can't tell you how delicious it is!
- 10 oz
- frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out.
- 1 c
- shredded cheese blend
- purple onion
- 5 large
- eggs, separated
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- sprinkle salt and pepper
How to Make Janet's Spinach & Cheese Souffle
- 2separate eggs
With your hand mixer on high, whip up egg whites until fluffy.
add yolks and mix for a few minutes
