jamaican jerk cauliflower
This is absolutley delicious. If you want it spicy add some hot sauce or calbrian chilies to the sauce

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower broke into florets.
- BATTER
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each onion powder, & paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- JERK SAUCE
- 2 green onions chopped
- clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 6 whole allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce, orange juice, tomato sauce and sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- juice of 1 lime
- green onions to garnish
How To Make jamaican jerk cauliflower

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set a side.

Step 2Combine the batter ingredients together in a bowl.and whisk to form a loose batter. Dip each floret into the batter and place on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake 30 minutes until golden and crisp turning half way.

Step 3While the cauliflower is baking make the sauce. Put all the ingredients for the sauce together in a food processor.Process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepand and cook until thickened. About 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.

Step 4Toss the cauliflower with the sauce and garnish with green onions.
