This dish is from one of Kansas City's well known BBQ restaurants and is delicious. I recently had it at a cookout and had to get the recipe!

Ingredients
- 3 packages 16 oz. each, frozen corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 slices american cheese, cut into small pieces
- 16 ounces cubed ham

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and put in 3 qt. slow cooker. Cover and coook on low for four hours or until heated through and the cheese is all melted. Stir well before serving.

Step 2There is less of a mess if you use a slow cooker liner. ENJOY!!!
