This dish is from one of Kansas City's well known BBQ restaurants and is delicious. I recently had it at a cookout and had to get the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 packages 16 oz. each, frozen corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 slices american cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 16 ounces cubed ham

How To Make jack stack bbq cheesy corn - steph

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and put in 3 qt. slow cooker. Cover and coook on low for four hours or until heated through and the cheese is all melted. Stir well before serving.
  • Step 2
    There is less of a mess if you use a slow cooker liner. ENJOY!!!
