italian-style marinated artichoke hearts
I just reorganized my kitchen pantry and found a surplus of canned artichoke hearts. This recipe helps to use them up and makes a wonderful appetizer as well.

Ingredients
- 2 cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
How To Make italian-style marinated artichoke hearts

Step 1Pour dressing over quartered artichoke hearts and marinate for 8 hours.

Step 2Drain artichoke hearts. Combine cheese and bread crumbs in a plastic bag and drop in artichoke hearts, and shake well to coat.

Step 3Add parchment paper to a sheet pan and arrange artichoke hearts in a single layer. Bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes.
