Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sweet sausage or 1 pound ground beef
- 2 (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 eggs
- 1(16 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheesee
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 9(inch) pie crusts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
How To Make italian meat and spinach pie

Step 1Brown sausage and onion; drain. Drain spinach; whisk eggs and stir in all ingredients.

Step 2Put in 2 pie crusts with slits cut on top of pastry and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown; let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
