Italian Green Beans
12 ozitalian/flat green beans, trimmed into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbspolive oil
2 tspgarlic, minced
2 tspitalian seasoning
1/4 tspred pepper flakes (or to taste)
·salt and pepper to taste
·grated parmesan, romano or your favorite for garnish
How to Make Italian Green Beans
- Cook beans in boiling water until just tender. Drain well.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil on medium high. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Stir for a few minutes until garlic is golden and fragrant.
- Add green beans, stirring until covered with oil/seasoning and heated through. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parmesan if desired.
