Ingredients
- 4 cans northern white beans
- 1 1/2 cans chopped collard greens (drained)
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped (large pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ham base - can cook 2-3 ham hocks in water and add 1 cup stock to beans
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make italian beans & greens

Step 1Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours in covered dish.

Step 2Make sure all canned ingredients are the same size. Darleen also added basil and oregano to this recipe.
